License Agreement

1. Ownership & Rights

All jingles created by Jingle Machine remain the exclusive property of Jingle Machine until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives an exclusive lifetime license to use the completed jingle for any business or promotional purpose.

You (the client) own the lyrics and any lyrical content written specifically for your jingle, and you may reuse, modify, or repurpose those lyrics in other projects, songs, or recordings at any time.

However, Jingle Machine retains full ownership of the original jingle recording, instrumental production, vocal performances, and overall composition as a unified work.

You are licensing the use of that finished recording — not purchasing its underlying production rights.

Jingle Machine may use portions of the jingle, instrumental, or vocal samples solely for promotional purposes (e.g., demos, reels, or sample pages), unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

2. Permitted Uses

With your license, you may:

• Use the jingle on radio, TV, podcasts, YouTube, websites, or social media.
  
  

• Use it in ads, events, or internal promotions.
  
  

• Modify the timing, volume, or transitions for fit within advertisements.
  
  

• Use your lyrics freely in other creative works.
  
  

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, relicense, or distribute the jingle recording to third parties.
  
  

• Claim authorship or production credit for the instrumental, vocals, or mix.
  
  

• Upload or release the jingle to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) as a standalone song without written approval.
  
  

• Use the jingle in any illegal, defamatory, or harmful context.
  
  

4. AI & Production Tools

Jingle Machine uses a combination of human creativity and AI-assisted tools for composition, lyric writing, and production.

All jingles are custom-made and unique to each client.

You are licensing the final mixed product, not the underlying source files, training data, or model rights.

5. Revisions, Remakes & Lyric Changes

Because each jingle is produced using advanced AI and studio tools, traditional edits or revisions are not currently possible once a song is finalized.

If you are not fully satisfied with the initial result, Jingle Machine will provide one new round of jingles to choose from, which may include new lyrics or an alternate creative direction based on your original form details and feedback.

Additional rounds or lyric rewrites may be offered at Jingle Machine’s discretion or billed as new projects, depending on the scope of changes requested.

Turnaround times for new rounds may vary based on workload and complexity.

6. Refunds

• Initial Payment Refund Window: Refunds of the initial payment are permitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
  
  

• If a Rush Order (48-hour delivery) has been requested, or if creative work has already started, the payment becomes non-refundable.
  
  

• After production begins, all sales are final.
  
  

• If Jingle Machine is unable to deliver your jingle for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
  
  

7. Credits (Optional)

When used in video or podcast content, you may credit:

“Music produced by Jingle Machine (www.jinglemachineai.com)”

Credit is appreciated but not required.

8. Agreement

By submitting an order form or purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read,

understood, and agreed to the terms of this License Agreement.
